I have a 2 mobile connections that were taken in December(sim only)

However now i would like to add a device to the contract.

 

I dont see that option anywhere. How can i do it? 

Hello @krishnsn, you now have sim only contracts? It is possible to add a device when you have sim only. The thing is that you need to call KPN (free of charge 0800-0402) to arrange this of visit a KPN store. It is not possibl to add a device by yourself online. 


Yes , i own a sim only contract which i got in 18 December 2022. Are there any criteria for adding a new device to my subscription? 


Have you just taken out a Sim Only subscription from KPN, but would you rather have a subscription with a new telephone? This is possible from 3 months after taking out your Sim Only subscription
