I wanted to transfer my old mobile number from LYCA (it was prepaid card for one month) to new KPN sim card. But I couldn’t send a message “JA” to 6688 because my old sim became inactive. Now I can’t activate a new KPN sim card. I can’t call and even I don’t know the number. What should I do in this situation? 

Hi @Tuiana! We can manually approve the transfer. We do however need to do a bit of extra verification. One of the things we need for that is the customer number from LYCA. So please contact them first. You can do so at 020 - 754 3030.

After getting the customer number, call us at 0800-0402. The customer service representative will then handle the rest for you. 🙂
