Hi @Ebrinwa, welcome! Did you try to order online yourself? Or did you try to order via customer service or one of our stores?Â
If you tried online, I recommend trying again via customer service or a KPN Winkel. Sometimes, the online self-order system is slightly different than ordering through one of my colleagues.Â
If, however, ordering was already done via customer service or a store, then I'm afraid there's nothing we can do. Perhaps, in that case, you can try and see if you can already get a new residence permit?

In the meantime, you can get a prepaid card. That will at least get you a telephone number that you can use. And if you then, later, do succeed in getting the sim only subscription, the prepaid number can be transferred to it.
