Can’t request more mobile data

Hello, I have an unlimited mobile subscription and I reached the daily 10gb limit and now I can’t request the daily extra bundle through the app or through sms

Hi @gborges, welcome to the community. When you've used the daily 10GB it should be possible to top it up with 2GB at a time. But this doesn't work? What exactly doesn't work when you try it, what happens? Do you get an error message or something elseCan you tell us more?
