Get a new promo code after order is cancelled

Hi, 

 

I got an email with a promo code o get a discount on the subscription and migrate over to KPN.

It says

" Dit wil je écht niet missen...

Je hebt thuis KPN Internet. En daar zijn we heel blij mee! Daarom geven we je 2 jaar lang korting op een mobiel abonnement met Unlimited data. De code is geldig t/m 30 april 2025. Verzilver direct!

I did use my code but when the phone delivery got to my door, the guy did not accept my driver's license because it's of type RDW and it was migrated from my Brazilian driver license.

I called support and they told me to go to the store. I went to the store and the lady told me she couldn't do anything, just file a complaint. She filed a complaint and then I got an email saying it could take 5 business days to get contacted.

I ordered the phone so I could take it on my upcoming holidays on Friday, therefore it's very frustrating to have it on my door and can't receive it. And apparently now nobody can help nor do anything. 

 

I just need a new code so that I can place the order again using my resident permit instead of the driver's license and apparently that would work. 

 

Is there any way anyone can do something on the system to unblock a user? It's very frustrating and limiting that nobody can do anything and knows nothing, keeps giving conflicting information and me as I user have to waste time on all of this.

Hello ​@GabiBrant, welcome to our online KPN Community. This is a very unfortunate situation however the department which handles complaints will contact you and handle this further. I can't speed up the proces for this department to contact you.

@Jeroen van KPN the same request was raised 1y ago and it did get a resolution via the Community with a new code generated to unblock the user, why can't it get solved now?
