How long after paying does simcard get re-activated?

Below, I have listed how long it takes, after payment, before you are reconnected to the KPN mobile network.

This also depends on whether you paid directly via iDEAL or by manual bank transfer.

Did you pay between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM?
You will be reconnected within 2 hours.

Did you pay before 7:00 AM?
We will reconnect you at 9:00 AM that same day.

Did you pay after 10:00 PM?
We will reconnect you the next day at 9:00 AM.

Did you not pay via iDEAL but make a manual bank transfer?
Then you must first wait until the payment has been received by us.

This can take up to 5 working days.

Please note: To be reconnected, the outstanding amount *and* any outstanding amounts must be paid.
