Hello.

 

I am unable to order the kids' sim cards for my kids. I went through the entire process with two different agents and they are not able to finalize the order since for some reason I am not eligible to get the kids' sim cards.
 

They are unable to tell me what the reason is or who I can reach out to to have it solved. 

 

how can I escalate this issue?

Hi @Angie H.! Welcome to the KPN Forum. There are a number of conditions when purchasing a Kids Sim, such as you already having a mobile phone subscription from KPN. Would you please confirm this is the case?
