I did not receive a link to activate my KPN e-sim

Hello, my KPN Unlimited contract started on 29-06-2026. 

The eSIM installation link is not visible in MijnKPN and I did not receive a QR code. My old E-SIM is already inactive, so I cannot call.

Please activate my eSIM or send a new QR code.
