I did not receive a link to activate my KPN e-sim

I'm assuming this is a new subscription, as that's when you would normally receive a QR code. Are you sure you selected an eSIM during the ordering process, rather than a physical SIM card? If a physical SIM was selected, it would explain why you didn't receive a QR code by email and why activation through MyKPN isn't working. It would be a good idea to double-check your order confirmation. You may also want to check the box your new phone came in to see if it contains a physical SIM card. If it does, you can activate it by following the instructions here: Simkaart activeren

If this isn't a new subscription, I recommend reactivating the eSIM on your old phone first. You can find the instructions here: Heb je per ongeluk toch de e-sim op het oude toestel verwijderd voor je deze op de nieuwe hebt geïnstalleerd? Once that's done, you should be able to activate the new eSIM on your new phone through the MyKPN app using a verification code.

If it is a new subscription and you can't find a physical SIM card, the best option is to visit a KPN Store. They can activate a new SIM card for you, after which you can switch to an eSIM on your new phone. If visiting a store isn't possible, I recommend contacting our phone support. The easiest way is to schedule a callback, so you'll be called at a time that suits you and connected directly to one of our support agents.
