I didn't get the cashback for the Samsung S23 Ultra

When I bought my s23 ultra with subscription I was informed I would get 180eur cashback from Samsung. Does anyone know where I can ask for this cashback? I can't seem to find the correct place.

Fill in a form there and supply the required documents. Then Samsung will start the process. Once approved, they normally aim to transfer the Cashback to you within nine weeks after registration.
