I’m in China for my winter vacation now and I lost my Dutch KPN sim card. My KPN ID isn’t linked to my phone number(my email can receive messages about my phone number). I tried to call you from China but I can’t understand Dutch. What should I do?

Hi @B.G. welcome! If you can update your forumprofile with your:

  • adress
  • phone number
  • customer number
  • last 3 digits of your bank account (under ‘persoonlijke opmerkingen’)

I can block your simcard! When you're back in the Netherlands, you can get a new simcard in a KPN store.
