I shared MB's with my husband but it's not working

Good day KPN,

I would like to ask some help about shared MB’s, it is not working. My husband and I have the same plan, both are registered in same address. I did shared 50MBs but my partner can’t get it work. He got a message that he received it but bot working. Is there a part that we missed something why it won’t worked??. My husband worked international within EU, he mostly like in Germany. Is the MB’ only worked with Netherland? please do enlighten me.

    Hi ​@Maricar. Welcome here! Sharing MBs works throughout the entire EU, including Germany, so that is not the issue. You can share MBs as much as you like, as long as you keep at least 50 MB for yourself.

    Could you please check whether all subscriptions are registered for KPN Combivoordeel? This is required in order to share MBs.
