It is not possible to order extra mobile data through sms

I can upgrade my 20GB limit via the app. But, texting NL2000 to 1266 no longer works for the last month or so. It says “Uw ingevoerde code is niet herkend. Probeer het nog een keer.” Why?

You are trying to add 2GB to the daily amount of 20GB of your unlimited data subscription?

Did you send a text message  NL2000 AAN  to 1266?

Oh god… You are right.

I thought “aan” was just Dutch for the word “to”. Thanks….

You were right, but in this case “aan” has another meaning: ON  so you’re asking to switch 2GB on.
