KPN refuses to transfer my number

Goedemorgen,

I have a question can you help me please. I have been a KPN customer since August 2021. My first two-year contract expired and was automatically renewed for another two years( sim only ). I requested a pre-order for an iPhone from Odido and I wanted to transfer my number, but KPN refused to transfer the number (after communicating with them for two days). They told me the only solution was to return the phone to Odido and order a phone from KPN so that I would not pay for a two-SIM subscription.

what should I do now? I will get the phone today 

Do I have to return it and order a new phone from ‏KPN and wait another period?

I have been waiting for 6 weeks :(

This never happens automatically. Only if you renew. If you do nothing after 2 years it can be stopped per month. Going to another provider also takes a month. Because of the legally prescribed notice period of one month.

So, if you renewed you can't go to Odido for another 2 years.
