Low Mobile Reception in Amsterdam

I just signed a new contract with KPN and one thing I’m finding is that my reception in Amsterdam is incredibly weak. Even at home or in the city center I have only 1 or 2 bars most of the time. Can I get help with this please? I never had this problem when I was with T Mobile.

Hi @Kozariki, welcome to our forum! 
In most of Amsterdam we should have pretty good reception (coverage map)

Indoors this can be a bit tricky as mobile signal does not penetrate some walls, in those cases VoWifi could be a solution.

That being said, if you have bad reception in the middle of Amsterdam it might be worth checking the settings on your phone or visiting one of our physical shops to get someone to take a look at it.
