I have asked KPN to change my phone from post paid to prepaid. However, today I woke up on a message saying that my phone number is cancelled!! I am abroad and with no network at all after receiving the email from KPN that my phone is cancelled. I let my friends talk to you on the phone for more than 2 hours with no solution from your side. One person said I need to recharge my phone, I cannot do so cause I do not have a service, the phone number is not accepted when I try to top up it. Because of you now I am in a big trouble and not reachable on my phone and no one is able to support me while it is purely a mistake from your side! Who asked you to cancel my number? How can you do that? How will I be able to solve this being abroad? I need the number to be reachable and there is nothing you do to support and not even being responsible for your mistake!!!
