Mobile number not included in contract

hi, i am facing with exactly the same problem. My new kpn phone number is not included in the contract. Where can I find it? I can not activate the esim without knowing the phone number

Hi @buketbuket, welcome! Your new number should be listed on your paperwork. However, you should be able to finish the activation without entering the phone number. You have received an e-mail from us "Download en installeer uw nieuwe e-sim”, if you follow the steps there, you should not need to enter your phone number.

 

If you do end up needing the phone number, and you can't find it on your paperwork, the quickest way to get this info is to call us on our free number 0800-0402.
