Hello! I have a question. I just noticed that I can’t receive any calls or SMS messages from others, but I can still make calls and use mobile data. Why is this happening?

Hi ​@filmfeta , That is not as it should be. Have you perhaps made a recent change such as changing providers with your number? Sometimes things go wrong and customers of the old provider can no longer reach you.


Hello! Thank you for your quick reply. I just renewed my contract with KPN for another year, including a mobile device. I’m not sure if this is relevant, as I was receiving calls and SMS messages normally just a week ago.


No, renewing your contract with KPN is not what I referred to. That should not cause this problem.

However, transferring a contract with number from Vodafone, for example, has caused this problem for a number of customers here in the KPN Community.
