Multisim werk niet op Apple Watch SE "Your KPN NL account is not eligible"

Hello

Since I got my new IPhone Pro 15, the eSIM in my Apple Watch doesn’t work.

I followed all step, I got KPN sms that multisim is ready to use but i got below error:

I checked again the requirements to install the multi sim and the network provider is KPN NL 28.O in my appel watch, so i went to the website to update manually but my IPhone and IPad has the correct and lastest update, it’s KPN NL 58.1. 

I didn’t have this problem before.

So i don’t know how update it in my appel watch and why it can’t work now.

Could you please help?

Hi @Juvicc, welcome to the community . If it worked before, it's odd that it doesn't work anymore. Did the update work for your Apple Watch? The link in the screenshot should help you with this, have you tried that?

Hi @Juvicc, welcome to the community . If it worked before, it's odd that it doesn't work anymore. Did the update work for your Apple Watch? The link in the screenshot should help you with this, have you tried that?
