I miss the date and time of my order. So it was cancelled. I am trying to contact kpn to reschedule the delivery or use the money i paid to order the same product. Please, is there as way i can get that done

Usually when an order is cancelled, you'll get any payment back within 10 working days. You should be able to order again, even within this time, but I can imagine that you'd like to use that money for your new order.
