No mobile internet while on a phone call

Hi

Whenever I am on a phone call (unless I'm connected to Wifi) I am unable to access the internet.

Basically, once I answer the phone I lose all access to mobile internet. Is it supposed to be like this? Is there a fix? Something to do with my settings perhaps?

Probably it’s a setting, do you have 4G Calling (VoLTE) enabled on your phone?

If you have multiple SIM cards, it could be a setting which designates the other SIM card to be used for mobile data and that doesn't always work.

If you can't find of fix it, what mobile phone do you have and do you have multiple SIM cards?
