No way to get help from KPN when mobile service is not working, since I cannot receive phone calls.

Hoi @KobusVanRooyen. How annoying that you have no coverage on your mobile device. It is best to contact our customer service for this. Have you already done that?

Hoi. Thanks for the message. I have given up. The service from kpn has been really bad. I will be changing to another service provider. So no need for further assistance.

How annoying that our customer service was unable to help you and that you are now switching providers. Perhaps you can try again by calling our customer service
