"No service"-message on my iPhone after switching phones

Hi, I’m having an issue with my KPN SIM card on my iPhone.

My KPN physical SIM suddenly shows “No Service” and I can’t connect to the KPN network. I have already restarted the iPhone and tried turning Airplane Mode on and off. After turning Airplane Mode off, the phone starts searching for a network, but it never connects.

I also have eSIM from different provider in the same iPhone, and it works perfectly, so the phone itself seems to have a working mobile connection.

Does anyone know what could be causing this?

Hi @Maurycko and welcome to our KPN Community! I'm sorry to read that you’re not getting a connection with our network. Especially since the e-sim does work.

Are you able to test the simcard in a different phone? If it works in a different phone then chances are your phone isn't working as it should and you could send it in to get checked and repaired.
If it's not working in a different phone either, then my suggestion would be to replace the simcard. You can also do this in a KPN store near you if that is more convenient.

Hopefully then your connection is up and running quickly. Do let me know how it turns out!
