Onterecht kosten voor inkomende oproepen bij roaming

Hello, 

 

I took this connection with the bundle that allowed me to take incoming calls in international roaming. This month I have been charged for incoming calls which is not correct. Please resolve this issue.

    Hi ​@Retiefstraat! That's unfortunate, could you please elaborate further where the calls originated and which type of bundle this concerns?

    Hello. Call originated from UK and Netherlands. I took a calling subscription as I was travelling and wanted incoming free. This was given by KPN.
