I bought my phone number as pre-paid sim card, and after that switch it to a monthly subscription for temporary use, and after a month I cancelled the subscription and I was surprised today that my phone number was deactivated, I thought it will be pre-paid.

I need to know, how can I get it reactivated, because it has just been deactivated, anyone with a solution ? 

I'm sorry, @Med-Amine, but unless you specifically asked our cancellation department to change the subscription back into prepaid, the number is gone. 

 

Correction: I found that the above is not necessarily true. There is a limited window of time in which a cancelled subscription (including the phone number) can be re-activated into a new contract. The way to get this done is to call us at 0800-0402.

The problem is solved, I reactivated my subscription after calling customer service!
