Replace old KPN phone subscription to a new one

Hello, 

I have a phone and sim subscription started January last year. Now I wanted to sell my old phone and buy a new one and add it to my subscription from kpn as well. Is that an option? If yes then how the process goes?

With genuine I mean that it has to sim-only from the start of the subscription, so without a phone.

You can get a new subscription 4 months (120 days) before your contract ends and then you can order a new phone with it.

    That’s only possible if you have a genuine sim-only subscription.

    What do you mean by genuine sim- only subscription? Does this mean once my phone installments are over I can do the swap and get a new phone subscription?
