Requesting a new KPN sim card and keeping my present phone number (KPN)

Dear Madam/Sir,

First of all I would like to apologize you for the email written into English due to my Dutch language problem.
Respectfully, I would like to order for a KPN sim card keeping my phone number for other new mobile phone, I fear if I use my old sim card, I face problem, please how must I do to get a new sim card with same number? I have hearing problem in phone call and for this reason I used KPN community, thanking for your attention.
