Roaming not working in UK

While in London the roaming wasn't working despite having worked previously in many other visits. Nothing was loading but every now and then I received a message from Whatsapp. The worst was that Google maps wasn't loading at all. The network was connecting to 3 UK. Another friend also on KPN was having the same. I restarted the phone, he tried to select other networks manually but nothing worked. Is there an outage or is this normal network behavior we should expect from now on? I still had quite a lot of gb in budble and the bundle is across Europe.

  • Have you tried resetting the network settings? You can do this in the connection settings.
  • Did you experience this issue everywhere or only in a specific location in London?
  • In the UK, you can connect to networks such as Vodafone, Virgin/O2, and Sky. Did none of these work?"

My friend that was experiencing the same was trying different networks but it was not connecting. It was in different places in central London

Have you also tried resetting the network settings? If you let me know which phone you're using I can tell you exactly how to do this.
