Sim card is already active, but I can't call. My contract is not active. 

With contract end phone was also ordered transfer number. But after canceled transfer. But my contract not start with new number from KPN.

Is see your request for ‘nummerbehoud’ has been cancelled by you, is that correct? Your ‘new’ KPN number, should be working right now, i can see you've been using data the past few days. To me it seems that everything is ok now 😊
