I began a mobile subsciption today for the first time at kpn and I was told the SIM card would automatically work. However, my Iphone 12 pro max tells me the SIM card cannot be supported. I called the phone number on the internet and after 10 minutes of waiting, a dutch speaking person answered and when I spoke in english, he hung up the phone. What am I to do?
