Hi, I recently bought a phone from mobiel.nl and I indicated that I want to keep my current lebara phone number.

However, I did not receive any emails, mails or messages informing me at what date the transfer would eventually happen. 

Instead, KPN has sent me a simcard with a new number and when I linke the simcard to MyKPN I realized that this simcard is a subscription of two years with 12 GB of monthly internet. However, I requested a subscription of 15 GB in mobiel.nl.

What should I do now to understand when will my current lebara number be transferred and to get the correct subscription I have chosen?

Hi @Maaa, welcome! We (our customer service, reachable via 0800-0402), can arrange for your Lebara number to be transferred to your KPN subscription. Our subscriptions are 12 GB, 20 GB or unlimited. 15 GB isn't available.
