Hi @Ahmad-hijazi, welcome! I think you have a Zorgeloos Online bundle, which had a max. speed of 14 Mbps and now only 0,7 Mbps? Something went wrong and we've offered a high speed for a long time, but now you can only get the speed that comes with this bundle and that is 0,7 Mbps. Especially when you are abroad, this could be lower and that is the reason why it's not working the way you are used to.
