Hi,

Sorry about writing in English. Does the box 14 from KPN only allow 2 active lan connections to ethernet cables? I have 3 ethernet cables running throughout my house. I connect them and only 2 work. I tried all combinations so each cable is working fine. Seems to be the modem is actively limiting it to only allow 2. Is this correct and can this setting be changed? I suppose i could also but a port splitter.

Hi @Mark1101 and welcome to our KPN Community!

It shouldn't allow only two connections. All ports on the Box 14 should be working, so I'm wondering what's happening here.
The ports are as follows (using the colours on the Box 14):

2x LAN Ethernet 1Gb (yellow)

1x LAN Ethernet 2.5Gb (green)

1x LAN Ethernet 10Gb (blue)

Have you tried all those ports and, if so, which one of them isn't working and how did you determine this?

Here you can find more information on the Box 14 specifications, should you need it!
