Can't activate the 2.4 GHz connection on my modem

I'm trying to connect a camera that only works with 2.4ghz but i do not have 2.4ghz only 5ghz how do i acitvate 2.4ghz. I tried to login via 192.168.2.245 but it says password wrong when i use the admin password from the back of the router. KPN box 12b

Create an extra 2.4Ghz wifi following these instructions

You need to connect an Ethernet Cable from the computer to a LAN port on the modem.

Ja deze link is goed ,kan ook met wifi ingelogd worden.
