Cannot change password Box 12

Hi @Marcia_  I just received the modem two days ago and I’m facing the same problem
When I try to change modem password I get “Could not change the password” right after not my password nor the one placed on the back of the modem would work!!! So hard rest to login again with factory password!!! but it works when I used different browser! I was using Chrome and then it worked on Firefox! 
also one side question, why hard reset taking so much time to reboot the modem??? I’ve not seen any modem before requiring this amount of time to reboot, I’m talking about 50 second!!!

Glad to hear that everything is working fine. Regarding the reset time, 50 seconds isn't that much, in my opionion.

I think so but I’m wondering why, maybe the factory config set to this amount ?

Truth be told, no idea. I did ask the question, about the 50 seconds. My guess is that it's a hardware issue.
