Experia Box v10 doesn't connect after turned off

Hello I'm getting problems with my modem, we took it off from the power outlet and then put back in but now it isn't connecting to the internet anymore.

Services light turns orange but fiber optic port is green.

 

I tried to reset, change cable and also turn off and on again after 2 mins.

 

If someone could help it would be really appreciated!
