ExperiaBox 12 installed but "MijnThuis" shows modem not installed

I have installed my Expedia box 12 but Mijnthuis still states the my modem is not installed. I have internet but cannot share with visitors

So your internet connection is working, but the KPN Thuis app indicates that your modem is not online, is that correct?

What happens when you use our online tool? What do you see?
