I ordered KPN Fiber Internet as check showed i can avail same.But:-Box came without fiber optic box.

so my query is who is responsible for that  and how to resolve it.

I need internet badly for my work.

If there's no way of connecting your hardware now then you’d best contact us by calling 0800-0402. Tell the ‘robot’ that you have no services and you should be connected to a colleague of mine. For malfunctions and interruptions in services we’re available 24/7 and calling is the quickest way to get this sorted. Hopefully that way you'll have the solution soon! 


I called service desk and they  appointed one technician to visit my home on 22nd.

But it is really disappointing as kpnnetwork is showing fiber connection is available but actually it is not.

Being an KPN employee it give more discomfort
