Hi, I changed my internet provider from Ziggo to KPN to use fiber. However, the fiberglass connection box is broken. Is there any chance for me to fix it?
Because when I was arranging the subscription, I was promised to have mechanic at my place to fix the connection box next week(23rd or 24th of December) but the appointment has been arranged on 9th of January now.
If there is a way to fix it by myself, I would like to try to not wait 20 days without internet.
