Activation KPN Prepaid Card in Germany

Hello,

How can I activate a KPN Prepaid Card, which I have bought last week in the Netherlands, in Germany? Anyone from KPN who could help with this? Thank you!

Hi @Carand71

You can only activate a prepaid SIM card yourself if you are in the Netherlands and directly connected to the KPN network. A KPN moderator can do this "remotely" for you.

Put the 06 number and SIM card number in your forum profile (click here). Use the "Persoonlijke opmerkingen" field, which is only visible to you and KPN employees. Save your input by pressing Sla wijzigingen op at the bottom of the page.
