I bought a sim card that is used by my son who is studying in the Netherlands. He entered the wrong pin 10 times and blocked the SIM permanently. They don't give him a replacement SIM at the point of sale because he is not the owner of the number and I don't live in the Netherlands and I can't come.
How to get a replacement SIM card in this situation.

Hi @Ante1974 and welcome to our forum! If the card has been completely blocked, you can also order a new prepaid sim card online. That way it can be delivered at home, where your son is. 🙂 Hopefully this solves the issue! 


It works for prepaid but not for contracts that we have (on two years).

Is there some coustomer service telephone nuber for english speeking coustomers?

You can call us on 0800-0402 @Ante1974. There's no specific number for English speakers, but I have a lot of colleagues who can speak English and they'll be able to help you! Tell the phone robot that your simcard is blocked, or that you have an error. Then you should be put through.Â
