Can I cancel my slow unlimited prepaid bundle?

I need to get the unlimited bundle cancelled it is unusably slow and I cannot believe KPN would offer this as a purchase option. It is a waste of money. I need it removed as I cannot work. The unlimited bundle is blocking the faster bundle paid for resulting in further waste of my funds. HOW do I get this disaster resolved???

    Hi @HB017, welcome to our community. 

    The bundle you have just purchased is valid for a whole month.

    Seeing as you're working remotely, would a KPN unlimited data plan be something interesting for you? After the first month you would be able to purchase it with a subscription.
