Can't activate my prepaid

I PURCHASED A PREPAID SIM CARD AND I CANNOT ACTIVATE IT.  I AM FROM SERBIA AND I NEED A PHONE DURING MY STAY IN THE NETHERLANDS.  PLEASE HELP.  I'M STAYING IN BREDA...THANK YOU

I received your message loud and clear and for clarity sake I would like to ask you to keep it down on the caps Lock. Do you receive any message when you try to activate the card? If you keep having problems you can always visit the KPN store in Breda. It's located at the Ginnekenstraat 45.
