I am outside the Netherlands & my prepaid number isn’t working. I can’t send or receive sms or make calls. Please help.

Hi Timi, welcome on our board. Is your phone connected with a mobile network? If no, could you please try to do this? If yes, what do you hear when trying to call someone?

Would you also please add the mobile number to your profile?
