How can I activate my simcard from abroad?

I have bought a kpn prepaid sim but I have not activated it in the Netherlands. I am now in Germany and desperately need the card activated. I have tried sending messages to activate it but it doesn't work. is there a way to activate the card from abroad?

Hi @pineapplehair, welcome! I've activated your sim card for you. Should be working withing 15 minutes or so. If not, restart your phone 🙂

    Hi @pineapplehair 

    You cannot do this yourself. That only works when you are in the Netherlands, connected to the KPN network.

    Put the phonenummer (06xxxxxxxx) and the simcardnumber (iccid) in your forumprofile.
    Use the field "Persoonlijke opmerkingen” (only visible for you and KPN) and save your input by pressing “Sla wijzigingen op” at the bottom of the page.

    Report back here when you have done this, then a moderator can activate it for you.
