How to activate prepaid abroad

I have the same problem. Could you help me with this, please? ;) I have bought a prepaid SIM in the Netherlands yesterday and now I came back in the UK and I was trying to activate it…

I've activated your card. It should work within an hour, but if not, restart your phone and try again. 🙂

    Did you put the phone nummer and the sim card number in your forumprofile like I asked earlier?
    Then I can alert the moderators.

    Hi @RBxx , yes I did it, I put my phone number and the simkaart number...although I'm not sure if what I put is the SIM card number. Is it the 19- digit number?

    That's correct. It's the number printed on the sim card.
