How to change from KPN Prepaid to KPN mobile subscription

I have a vodafone prepaid sim card. I want to move to a KPN mobile plan with a mobile package. I can't change my number. Is it possible to do it? How can I do it? I could not find any reference material for that. Do I need to visit a KPN Store? Where can I find it in Almere?

Hi @GDRDABARERA, it is possible to get a KPN mobile plan with ‘nummerbehoud’, you will keep your existing number 😊
