Hi, 

I have purchased the bundle package but my internet speed still 128kbps.

How do I fix this? I am supposed to get 25Mbps with the bundle.

So frustrating.

Our unlimited bundle is capped at 128kb/s. Am I correct in assuming you've had this bundle and then purchased a faster bundle?
 

Only one bundle can be active at any time, the second bundle won't be activated I'm afraid.
Upgrading your speed while the 128kb/s bundle is still active is technically not possible and we can't disable the unlimited bundle before it's end date either.
I can however reimburse you for that bundle.
Could you add your phone number and simcard number to your profile and let me know?

Thanks! I'm not sure how but it seems the unlimited bundle was already active on this simcard.
I'm afraid I can't take it off but it will end on 03-10-2021. After that you can take a faster bundle again.
