Hi there,
I just got a Dutch mobile number with kpn on Saturday and went through all steps to activate, which actually went all right, but when downloading kpn app through Google play and proceed to activate by pushing Ga Verder the following message turn up: "Request was denied for security".
What am I missing?

Unfortunately I don't exactly understand where this notification is popping up. Did you download the MijnKPN app, or the KPN Prepaid app? And is the problem when you try to register for one of those apps, or when you try to login with the data you already received?
Perhaps you can make a screenshot of the notification? It will be a little more clear with a foto/screenshot, I think!
