KPN blocks Steam platform via prepaid

yesterday I bought a sim card with unlimited 5g internet. probably kpn is blocking my steam platform. steam updates, login, shop etc. do not work for me. when I connect my computer to another internet from another provider everything works fine. please help and advise how I can fix this. I am not a specialist

    For a prepaid you can puchase several bundles. The unlimited bundle (Onbeperkt Online) has a maximum speed of 128 Kbit/s which is not enough for steam to update and do all the things you would want to.  My first guess is that this is causing the problem you are encountering! With a regular subscription this should definitely work but with a prepaid combined with a bundle this will not work because of the speed.
